JK2 skin advice

I realize this is the wrong game for this forum, but I need some advice for a skin I'm making for Jedi Knight 2. I wanted to make a Governor Tarkin skin (if you don't know who that is, click here) but I couldn't find a good model to work from. Could anyone help me? A Grand Moff Tarkin skin would be so cool
