type < =rand(200,99) > in your word processor.. and press <enter> i used a microsoft word XP, duno about other versions tho.... anyways, someone tell me the theory behind it ?

That sentence contains every single letter in the English alphabet, you can use it to test out fonts. It does seem a little stupid to create 176 pages of it. I think if you change the parameters it will be smaller (i think the 200 is the number of paragraphs created)
EDIT: the 2nd number is the number of times the sentence is repeated per paragraph

there's an embedded racing game in excel!! If or when I can remember how to do it I'll edit this post.........

I heard there was a flight sim in Excel 97...

Yeah there is a flight sim in excel, I can't remember how to get into it but don't go nuts trying to find it because it's crap.
