stress reliever

anyone?? i need something to relieve stress. but it will not be necessary to state its source.. just a relief from it.. without having to go out several nights on end.. and go camping and such, and.. i'd refrain from bungee jumping or any form of high-altitude jumping cuz i'm not feeling up to it. no swiming either, cuz i lost my trunk years ago and can't be bothered to get a replacement.

Kendo, Tae-kwan-do or any martial arts. There's nothing more satisfying than beating someone up. Or just a stationary, practice dummy.

Failing that, any other exhaustive sport will do. Tennis, squash, etc. Play for hours and hours until you drop. You must combat your mental exhaustion with a physical one.

Or you could just transfer your stress to the Penguin

It seems that the best stress reliever is hitting something as hard as possible or some other form of general destruction. I have a woodpile and a nice big axe at the back of my garden, which works wonders for me. Punch bags are good, games of rugby are good , if you want to stay safe, wanton homicide sprees in games like GTA3 tend to cheer people up. Otherwise, I'd listen to FF, but bear in mind, if you join a martial arts club for the sole purpose of being able to take out your stress on someone, you're unlikely to last long there.

Get completely and totally drunk. When you wake up the next morning (or whenever) any stress you used to have will seem minor in comparison to your hangover.

Mod the Freelancer to make yourself invulnerable, get yourself some huge guns, and start shooting (concentrate on the Bounty Hunters). Or, do the GTA thingy...
Another thing you could do is take a medim-size hammer, find a soon-to-be-demolished building, and start slamming. If lacking a building, take a bunch of rocks, or some anvil or something.
Next up -- run around in circles and scream real loud. (if your neighbours are edgy, then I'm j/k)
Start breaking the ice that accumulated inside your refridgerator (if any)
Take a huge stack of glass bottles, go to a dead end street and slam the bottles on the wall...
Or, just write about what pisses you off, and what would you like to do about it (like I did about that Daniel K. fella).
Have fun wreaking havoc for no good reason...

here's a three points plan for you

1) Lock yourself in a room

2) Make your head a blank

3) Let It GO, throw everything out what is bothering you, Let it out
Take a deep breath and go on

Repeat at anytime when necessary, drinking is never a sollution (getting laid is. but,... let's just don't talk about it shall we??)

I must admit, postal 2 was a great game, espcially when i was mad. the idea of choppping ppl's head of with a shovel or kicking them around, setting them on fire or just basically pissing in their face just seem absolouty histerical. lol i laughed my ass off

I just bash the bocksing ball, you get a work out every once in a while and you loose your stress.
