i know little English!!!!!!!!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

This is what i did when i was 15. I did not even understand english enough to write anything. I began to read some Forgotten realms novels (the avatar trilogy) and it's true that i did not understand much of the story but enough to follow what people were doing in it. The more novels i read, the easier it became to know the meaning of sentenses.
So with no particular method, no courses, i learnt english by reading novels (and watching Star trek ) I seldom used a dictionary; i used the probable meaning of the sentense to extrapolate on the meaning of a particular word. With time, when you see a word into enough sentenses, you acquire it's definition without dictionary!
Now i need to develop my vocabulary but there is a trick; every author has it's personal choice of words so if you read from many authors, you will understand more words.

martindemon, thats quite impressive, I read A Clockwork Orange and you figure out the "Nasdat" slang as you go and that was hard enough, to learn a whole language by reading is incredible

I had a similar expirence learning Greek in fall. I read Batman comics in Greek
:-D. Sentence structure is usually simple, vocabulary limited. Pictures help understanding the story. You might try getting some English comic books and working with those.

What's there to understand? Trent is an idiot with no social skills. Juni is begging for it, and he doesn't even kiss her?
Man, if I were Trent (unfortunatelly, I was, but that didn't change anything) I would f*** her eyes out!!!

buy english newspaper, read them all, watch english movie, without the subtitle, read english book..

been doing that for the past 20 years...it works. (you only need one year to master english anyway..)

do it consistently for the next 21 days, without fail, and it will become a habit (just like me, I don't like participating in forums, but I accidently had been doing it without fail for 21 days, now it is a habit... darn...)
