Coke Vanilla

Coke in the late part of 19th century and early part of the 20th, used small amounts of cocaine to give you that extra kick. When the drug was declared illegal and addictive, cocaine was substituted with caffeine. Hence the name COCA-cola. True story.

Personally, I am a Mountain Dew fan....
Once in a while, I will drink a Vanilla Coke....or a Cherry Coke.
Coke (and most other actual cola variants) leaves a nasty aftertaste in my mouth....I think it has to do with the Caramel Colouring.
The only Cola that I can drink is RC Cola (AKA Royal Crown)
Makes a good mixer too....RCCR...Crown Royal and Royal Crown....Hehehe
Once in a while I will drink Dr. Pepper, or Root Beer...Tho I prefer a Birch Beer (A-Treat Bottlers of Pennsylvania) over root beer
Order me a 6-pack, and I will be your friend for life...lol WOOT

Yep..>That was before the FDA called it an illegal narcotic.
It was thought to have all these neat properties....However...they didn't realize how addictive it was...Which I believe was posted earlier in this thread.
That link that was posted to the history of Coca-Cola should explain it all.
