Star Wars Trivia

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Exar Kun's influence was killed by a group of Lukes trainies (can't remember the names of hand but there was that clone guy and kyp)

Dash Rendar was supposed to die above coruscant, but if you completed Shadows of the Empire on the N64 on the hardest settings you find out he actually lived.

At Endor there were four MC80's (to my knowledge)

Home one
Liberty
Maria
Independance

I think.

Another one....

Name me all the Super Star Destroyers (SSD's) featured in the films, games and books. Theres 6 to my knowledge.

For a Bonus point put them in the order in which they feature...

Let's see...Executor , Arc Hammer , Garrett? , and Doomgiver. That's all I can name.

Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not too sure about the former.

Post Sun May 04, 2003 10:55 am

I believe that there were 10 SSDs

Post Sun May 04, 2003 7:52 pm

does the eclipse count?

Ecplipse
Ecplipse II
Executor
Ark Hammer
Doomgiver
Garret
something that started with "I"
Iron Fist
Luksankya
Razors Kiss
oh and one extra
Admiral Giels Flagship

Post Sun May 04, 2003 11:01 pm

after thoughtfull consideration here's mine:

what was the battle language pseudonime of kir kanos

Post Sun May 04, 2003 11:29 pm

What I got was:
Executor (the films)
Vengaence (Xvt Balance of Power)
Iron Fist (X -wing Novels)
Luksankya (X-wing Novels)
Razors Kiss (X-wing Novels)
and Knight Hammer (which was Admiral Daala's flagship after she killed all the remaning Imperial Warlords)

I know that the Eclipse was classed a star destroyer but I was looking for executer class. Garret & Doomgiver were just regular ISD's if I remember from Tie Fighter and Arc Hammer wasn't an SSD just a prototype Dark Trooper launching vessel. Could be wrong. Anybody who can prove me wrong and name anymore wins a prize

Also I think the majority where buit by Kuat Drive Yards in the Kuat Ship yards either that or at Fondor.

and another one:

What does 4-LOM mean (It's an acronym)

Post Mon May 05, 2003 5:10 am

I know what 4-LOM means, for love of money.

4-LOM was a bounty hunter....but also a DROID....Protocol droid in fact.

Now for my questions.

Corran Horn. Who was his grandfather, and what did he do?

What does John Ratzenberger (Cliff from NBC's Cheers) have to do with Starwars?

How many of the SW movies has Ian McDiarmid been in?

What does the ORD mean in Ord Mantell?

Something Awful

Post Mon May 05, 2003 8:19 pm

I guess no one either has been paying attention to to this thread, or no one knows the answers to my thread, or the most probable answer is...It's outlived it's geekiness. lol

I know that ORD stands for Ordinance resupply depot. Corran Horns grandaddy escapes me but its in the second set of Thrawn books by Tim Zhan. Also, I resent being called a geek

Post Tue May 06, 2003 12:21 am

dude Corran Horns grandaddys name is Neeja Halcyon he was a jedi

Post Tue May 06, 2003 12:58 pm

Saiy...Shouldn't it be "I resembe that remark"?

lol

J/K

I don't know about you...But I am PROUD to be a geek.

Geeks last longer and over time make more money then jocks. Jocks burn out after a couple of years...

Ever hear of a geek that had to retire because of a computer injury? lol

Anyway...Good job on those answers.

Oh...I had a nother one. Who was the chief designer of the A-Wing fighter?
