Throttle body on a Neon is easilly accessible. Just have to remove 3 cables, 4 bolts, a vaccum hose, 2 plugs for power, and a large air hose.

Tools needed:

13 mm socket
11 mm socket
Screwdriver
pliers

Slides right out.

Goes right back in just as easy...IF you don't have a broken vacuum hose, missing bolts, and cut cables.

Even if you do live in a crimefree neighbourhood you should still lock your car there is always that little probability of chance that it is a random target
