creating a windows blind theme

hi guys im trying to unlock all the interface screens ,windows , icons ect. to create a windows blind fl theme. are there any tools that you guys use to make mods that would help me do this ? thanks

desktop x is nice. u can get that at the same place as wb. there are sevral free things there. when u make the skin send it to lancersreactor sounds cool.

i send it to you guys np if i can ever get it right . im no comp wiz but if it has an easy interface then i can usually get it done

well wb has one vary confusing thing. i have tryed to make one for the past mouth but i cant figer it out.

i played with it to day and got ok results . but theres gonna be alot of stuff to make . im using skins studio pro . its a easy enough program to use though i doubt ill ever understand 90% of what it can do . the nice think is you can edit others skins to get an idea of what you need to do .

Sounds interesting - you mean like a desktop theme? If you use the UTF editor you can extract the images used on the HUD etc, is that what you were asking about?
