This is going nowhere... first you ASSUME that I didn't read the rules.
Then you ASSUME that I didnt open the chat log.
Then what a surprise another ASSUMPTION... That I was looking for a particular player, when I was just looking for someone from a particular clan.
And finally an ACCUSATION that I was putting the server down, there is no way I was doing that I was merely pointing out what happened to me whilst in there.
OK I admit Im relitivly new to MP but at least allow me the courtesy of stating facts without the false accusations.

This could go on forever but for me and possibly everyone else on here its getting rather tiresome so I will allow you the final say (which I'm sure you'l take) without further retaliation.
Just remember one thing, although its highly commendable that you are so protective of your server. We need to listen to other opinions and experiences (whether good or bad) in order to improve and grow.

What mod? Or was it custom made? I never bothered playing with the loot settings besides loudouts.ini for npc ships.

You got booted because you have the word god in your name. It does come up before you get booted. You haven't been banned, you just got kicked, so you are more than welcome to come back on the server.

Ok this is starting to get tiring now. The DS9 server is a very good server and it the DS9 and Sir members are some of the best people i have come across. They make the server great by keeping those who seem to think they need an un-fair advantage over everyone else off the server so as others have fun.which by the way i do. and so do my clan members and the other clans aswell..
I have visited almost all of the servers whos server name is either english, spanish, french, or german and thats a heel of a lot of servers and the DS9 server is the best `un-modded` server i have come across...
If you were booted off then it was for a good reason:
you get booted for; speed mods (thruster or cruise engine)
cloaking devices
weapons mods
ship mods
shield/hull mods
swearing
continuosly bumping or firing at someone in a no PvP zone
and lastly stealing other peoples loot in no PvP zones.
Also Ioncross automatically bans players with certain words in their names;
God
kill
killer
and any other word or name that can cause sexual personal or ratial offense to others..
If I`ve missed any of the bootable offences i appoligise peacekeeper...
Once you eliminate all those people who feel the need to cheat the server is still left with those who appreciate the hard work and effort that peacekeeper, starfighter and the rest of the DS9`s and Sir`s put in to make this server great..

Blimey phil, Ioncross put the reason why you were being kicked before it kicked you. As for our server, it does not suck, we have a reputation of being one of the most swear free, mod free, troublesome player free server out of all of them.

If you want to play on Cursed Earth, then go for it, no doubt you will meet many of the players we have banned from our server. As I stated before, you have only been kicked automatically by Ioncross for having the word "god" in your name, you have not been banned. Ioncross told you were being kicked for having that word in your name, if you didnt see it then we have forums in which you could have asked, or you could have come on with a different name on the server asked why - you would have been told why.

If all you are going to do is moan about our server and put it down - dont. There are rules on these forums about putting other servers down, and you are doing just that.

Maybe you should come on our forums and see what praise we have about our server, and maybe talk to some of the players who are our regulars on there.

I let my friend play on Freelancer for a few hours and he choose DS9 server.

And he got banned after taking a mission in New York.

What was your friends name and then i will be able to tell you why he got banned.

If i recall correctly his name was Xiahou_Dun

It was his first time playing Freelancer.

He got banned for swearing, I have the screenshot if you want it.
