22 maps? Hmm... you should definetely reduce number of textures. I would not recommend using more than 10. Most of the ships I converted do not use more than 3 maps and it is still sometimes difficult to get them to work.

In my experience, it's impossible to get anything over five textures to work.

As for the mesh ... the best option is to make a new one from scratch. Redwolf might help, he made a nice bearcat some time ago.

I am still available to do textures for the meshes. Currently re-doing the Paradigm.

as far as I know I got Concordia-class working with over 10 maps applied to it...

You were going to resize it, and add hardpoints.
What happened.

Your question was while I was involved with real-world problems.
The Starlancer Panther won't work in Freelancer, it's a different format.
Until one of our modellers converts a Prophecy ship to FL's format, we're sol.

If, and/or, when I add our own little faction to the mod...
The Kilrathi aren't joining.
The idea was to use the regular members of the team, and of this forum, as the names of our faction's pilots.
With each member providing a short bio, their ship's name, which ship they wish their avitar to fly, it's loadout, or where they want their wreck to be found.
Example:
Pilot: Warzog
Ship: Centurion
Ship's Name: Warzog's Baby
Ship's Loadout: 5 Tachyon Cannon's, 1 HS and 1 FF missile racks.
Wreck's Location: CMF-A (near the Blackhole)
Wrecked Ship's Bio:
Incensed that anyone would steal his ship, let alone touch it, Warzog hunted down and destroyed it himself after it was stolen by a smuggler named Ashcroft. His total revenge on Ashcroft was denied him when Confed took custody of Ashcroft after he had ejected.
After discovering that Ashcroft had escaped a few hours later, Warzog put out a one million credit bounty on his head.

BTW-this ship/bio is in the latest version of the Gemini Sector that I'm working on.

yeah, I know... I have lost data on hardpoints you supplied... I also need exact position where to place 'em.

Given zime I will add hardpoints..

Has anyone heard anything from PANI, btw?

Hey guys, after some stressful hiatus with my real life issues, I am back for now. Ill be finishing the final paradigm texture, nipping and tucking here where needed..

also: Can anyone apply the galaxy textures I made to the model? That should be a priority, seeing its one of the "main" ships in the game. I wan't to see how it looks, and also get an idea of what I need to do.

Any other models that need texturing, please send a few screenshot sof the wireframe mesh to my email address (lvxoccvlta @ hotmail . com) dont parse the spaces. Make sure that the screenshots are taken from 180 deg. above, from the back, and from the sides. a 3 quarter view would help too.

The Paradigm's textures are done, and boy do they look ever good!

Check the FTP warzog, Bob, I spent a long time getting these to look right. I am anxious to see how they do on the final model, and even better, in game :-D
The old files in the directory have been purged. The new files were uploaded. ParadigmFinal1.jpg is the topside, and ParadigmFinal2.jpg is the underside.

Just a heads up. I will cross post in the other thread just in case this doesn't show up.

ok, now that ive gotten over my little bout with the flu i am back up and able to help out, is there anything that needs to be done that falls into my area of not so large expertise, if so let me know and ill get on it, as i now have time to work since im not coughing, sneezing and otherwise expelling my organs from my body cavaties. thanks
