What i have said about OP is true and what OP has said about those future plans and the GLS is also true. It is true that he has done very much for the lancer community and that he helped many players and modders. And it is true that there are many people which have highest respect because of all this.
But those senseless claims that were made about him or Starlancer online and hamachi are not true. Those claims were only used to make him look bad.

Insulted the community? Do you speak for the entire community now? Oh and like it was said to you earlier, open your eyes. If you have to claim something then claim the right stuff. It never was said that he contributed more then ALL together. The word was "most".
Like stated earlier OP has kept up the SL community in the past 4 years now. He worked for the LR community (and that means you) six weeks, every single day to fix errors, add new features and improve the site. In the old days of the MSN gaming zone he helped and trained more players than anybody else. Since FL came out he is hosting various FL servers, creating various very successful FL mods (partly downloaded more than 100.000 times), helping other modders and modding teams, helping others here on LR and teaching how to mod to a few choosen modders.


And if you doubt that he is the best FL modder then show me someone who has more knowledge about FL modding, someone who has developed more new features and concepts for FL, a single guy which had more success with his work. Can you?

You can doubt what you want but the facts speak against you and with every more you claim about him i can prove you wrong even more.
And talking about bad behaviour, you should better look at your own behaviour because that is worse.

You claim that he is not giving you information but how comes that he is one of the most active posters here on LR? I can not seem to find any spam here. He still often helps others which have problems and he still directs modders to the solutions. He does not share information? How comes that often I get to hear "just a minute there is a modder requesting help"? He does even teach modding.

In that case you are all wrong.
And when he is working on a project such as the GLS stuff then it is his project and not your business how he does what he does. He does alot work for the lancer community and he does it very good. Accept it and show some respect for it.

And if you really want to know something from him you always can ask him politly instead of this blaming.

This whole bash OP session started when I ask him to post his ideas he did so and was jumped on for it. Anyone ever think about releasing everything they know about there new 200MB mod well before it’s done or it's time? Next time I'll just E-mail him about it but never thought I would see how this turned out. In addition, many of you that said you had solutions never went into detail about your solutions ether.

I know I am not but I consider many to be great that have done different mods here at TLR. Some have gone on and some are still here. I won’t say who they are because they maybe attacked also, and that would be over 12 great mod makers.

And no, I didnt jump on him because he explained his current projects which is perfectly fine. I jumped on him because he claimed to have "better" and "already working" solutions than emulating the global server AFTER I posted about someone is working on that. I asked for details but then he dropped into his old "I dont have to share my work with you" mood.

This is no OP bashing, I dont care if he shares anything or not.

Almost everything we have developed on HC is publically available or open source.
For most of the custom stuff, including special features we have on HC, I have posted Code on the FLHook Developer forum, FLHook itself is open source.
FLCharadmin and the Web-PHP implementation is released to the public, FLCD is also released and can be used freely with all functions (both tools + flhook are the only tools needed to build exactly the same online status page that we have, or the light shop for example).
Everyone can include server stats graph for his own server from our global server stats page.

So.. what did you just say?

Personally i don't know if HC has done all this as i don't frequent the Hook boards and have never played on HC,but if they have done what w0dk4 states the kudos to the HC team for doing so! From what i've heard and seen in vid's on youtube it looks pretty good.

That you have those tools and that they are working is undenyable in the same way it is undenyable that OP has tools and that they are working aswell. He is also sharing them.
You blame him for not sharing knowledge here at LR but you don't do either. You share it at HC and he does share it at SWAT. The only difference is that he doesn't blame you for it, makes wrong claims or gets offensive.

Why should I not share it here? If someone would ask for it, I would give it to him.. why not, since everyone can download it at our or the flhook forum anyways.
(recent example I shared here is the mobile docking feature)

In fact, I tried to share a new working cloak mod but got silenced multiple times here. This has told me the lesson that FLHook based modifications are better shared in the official FLHook Developer forum than in this place.
I could list you other example but I wont.

I have observed this behaviour multiple times now, claiming to have a better solution but then again sharing nothing, not even SHOWING the solution.
