is it true that starlancer is like a prequel to freelancer, even tho SL came out before FL? couldn't they fit in something in between?

After all, the Alliance and the Coalition of Starlancer sound like those from the intro to Freelancer, so couldn't you play as the escape from Sol?

Opinions are opinions. I play SL more than FL...the demo makes an excellent time-killer, and the full game is even better(though it has a tendency to swallow my time right up when I play more than a little at a time...which is why I like the demo so much).

I don't understand your question. SL is a prequel to FL - or rather FL is a sequel to SL . That is official. Yes something (many things) could fit in between the two's storylines. There are 100 years gap between the two.

then surely DA could come up with something to fit between the two, like the sleeper ships' escape from Triton (Jupiter's moon) to Sirius. I thought the two games were completely different, but obviously not lol. I think that DA made a better job of rendering Freelancer, but StarLancer has a more gripping storyline!
