I know .. You wanted it ! You dreamt of it !.. Now the wait is over ! The Battlestar Galactica mod for Freelancer has just been released



BSG Galactica - Dawn of War is a complete multiplayer mod recreating the Galactica series universe. It features
- more than 10 new systems with 12 Colonies and Cylon planets and bases
- Colonies and Cylon factions offering tough missions
- the complete range of BSG military ships : fighters , recon/troop transport and battleships. 80's and new versions.
- for the first time converted to Freelancer: the Cylon Heavy Raider !
- new weapons
- new commodities

For those who are not fan of BSG, the mod also features:
- an advanced PvP system for player challenges and tournaments
- a selection of additional civilian top-notch ships created by the FL modding community
- additional weapons inspired by the game Freespace (Kayser, Prometheus, Morning Star….)
- multiple ways of upgrading your ship: custom engines, scanners, tractor beams
…and more surprises
