Crash without Speed mod

ok for some strange reason when ever i try to play Freelancer without the speed mod on it crashes! it never use to do this but it just started for no reason! someone fix this plz! I CANT SERVIVE WITHOUT FREELANCER!

PS: it crashes when it says Freelancer (right before the main menu)

delete your autosave

if that doesn't work, then delete your saved games

Also try FLMM's restore backups function

Renegade, all i see is ALOT of meaningless posts to bolster post count for "rank". Don't bother, as the rank doesn't MEAN anything at all you know....there isn't a special room with cookies for captain and above or anything, and believe it or not, there is no special "respect" for being a commander above a 2LT!
