Elite Fighters, new systems?? which MOD?

This has been asked before, but I keep seeing all these pictures of Liberty, Rheinland, and Bretonia Elite Fighters. There are also new systems mentioned in the captions: Columbia, Liberty; Avalon, Bretonia; and Bizmark, Rheinland. I can't seem to find any forums mentioning these subjects
Is this the New Universe Mod, or some other one? Is there a release date?

Um, do you mean the Mod is called "Freelancer vresion 1" ? because in Main menu, lower right corner I HAVE version 1.0.... but no Elite Fighter, new systems, etc. thank you
