Hi I am a SO with oregon/usa servers we r looking 4 a modding team that is willing 2 work with us 2 create a mod 4 our server line up
I havent been able 2 test your mod as it wont activate it says
unable 2 find dest `movie _file=movies\MGS_Loop_Final.wmv`(...)in`c\programfiles\microftgames\freelancer\exe\freelanver.ini

Hi, I downloaded this mod a few days ago, and so far am very impressed. Some friends and I are playing it over a LAN and have noticed no significant problems. I'm curious, however, about the swarm missile launcher that comes with the starting Cougar. Is this a unique weapon to this mod, or is available normally and I'm just too inept to find it? Also, firing it does not deplete the 20 ammo the weapon comes with. Is this intentional, or a bug? If it is available for purchase, where would I find it? They don't do much damage individually, but I imagine that groups of several of them would be quite the sight to watch

Is there any way to reset the starting ship to it's original settings for multiplayer servers? My friends and I would love to use this mod, just not with an uber-ship with uber-weapons right at the beginning of the game, that just sucks.

I tried using the Freelancer Server Manager MOD to change it, but it didn't work. Is there another way of doing it?

Being more of an administrator to a mod writer, I may need some detailed help on this, or maybe a file to download. Sorry.

EDIT: Figured it out. restore DATA\CHARACTERS\NewPlayer.ini from it's backup. So simple... Goodbye Epsilon, Hello Black Label

Why are these mods not compatible with OpenSP?

Is there any way they can be?

Cool mod but all the new ships are invisible. All I get is the engine trails. Same thing for landing cutscenes too.

Rya's Server Is using the Black Label 2.2 mod If you guys are interested.

Its for version 1.0 of the game however.

I've been running the 6/26/04 version of the mod in SP mode.
I like it. Nice job of integration.

Ran into one issue. I'm at the start of the mission to rescue Jacobi and can't doc
at Buffalo. Seems like I'm "stuck" can't make it to that waypoint and mission won't run anyfurther until I do. Running a slipstream if it matters.

Any ideas?

Is this a server side only mod? or do the clients have to be running it in addition to the server?
