Which mod has the Elite house fighters?

I;ve seen some pics, and i was wondering which mod has the Elite House fighters? Are they a lot better than the regular house fighter?

It seems that you are talking about New Universe by frost works (www.frost-works.com)...

That hasn't been released yet...
