Is it possible for anyone to build me a mod??? If so heres what i want in it.

-destructable universe.
-all pirate bases that arn't Corsair or Out Cast are turned into: The Confederation
-Battleships you can buy them
-trains: you can buy em
-destroyers:you can buy em
-more ships
-a nomad base and nomads become a faction allied only with the Confederation
-a limited amount of ships in each system (you cant kill defenders in liberty forever) buut like an hour to regenerate.
-you can take over bases.


can anybody work on this??? I want this mod for my factions upcomming server.
