CRETE is in GREECE.

As for the modding why dont you use a sleeper ship for the mediterennean european countries ? (that is Spain, Italy, Greece, France)

Malta is in the archipelago in the Mediterranean.

Tripoli is in Libya.

Ruiz is in Colombia...maybe there is another.

france italy and russia would make good systems as the first 2 were sleeper ships and russia could in a sort of cold war with liberty.here r some names:

france:revoltionasle
italy:cesarium
russia:A.N.T.S (the allaince of notern territors in sirius)
