K, I'm curious. just how extensive is this going to be? More system space than MA, oodles of mission plotlines? cool system painting like GSM? faction specific gear sold only by that faction? makin' ya work to get in good to be able to buy?
I personally don't go for say 'manhatten' selling EVERYTHING. doesn't make sense.
how 'bout a rundown of what we CAN look forward too.

im lost, the coalition had no idea that the Alliance was there, and now with Nomad infested colonies, the Coalition wouldn't stand a chance!

Chips: It is going to be huge. It won't be like MA, though. It is supposed to be like an unofficial sequel with an entirely new storyline. Here is the requested rundown:

****Whats done****
1. Scanners avalible.
2. Powerplants avalible.
3. Tractor beams avalible.
4. Engines avalible.
5. Engines speeds changed.
6. Warp Drivae avalible.
7. Scorpion (ship) added.
8. Sentinel (ship) added.
9. Coalition added w/ missions.
10. Bloodstained Dagger added.
11. New intro movie.

****To Do****
1. Realistic Cloak
2. New storyline missions.
3. More ships.
4. New weapons.
5. New systems.
6. Mining more realistic (partly done).
7. Destructible Universe (waiting for permission to use).
8. New music (possibly).
And more...

The movie is avalible for download on TLR soon.

you sound inda over confident, and loads of the stuff you mentioned (as in gameplay) have already been accomplished in TEMP, a cracking MOD in beta testing by Chips, author of the OpenSP MODs. Unlucky!

lol - hate to say it, but apart from the new movie, the rest of that stuff shoulda taken about a day of modding to do there.......lol. However, quality counts, and i am sure its got that alrighty!! However, am REALLY interested in seeing the new movie!!!!! Got my attention! lol

@B2BW - on page 4 of this thread i noticed you're after somebody with the full version of StarLancer for the ship files. I have StarLancer, but I don't know how to extract the ship designs from it. Also I'm AMAZING with FLExplorer (it's not exactly hard to be lol), but that's about as far as my talents (as limited as they are) go.

Shouldn't spam, but, i wonder how much work gets 'cast aside' when mods are made. I mean, the amount of hours for mods compared to what gets released, as i nearly packed mine in about 2 weeks before i released it o_O. I also tend to 'thow out' about 70% of systems i make, even when they are near done, as i make them and then don't like them. Must waste days doing that all for me .
If you add the hours of modding together that just gets ditched.......what would we get
