UK Hosting Options

Hi

We are looking for somewhere to either host our existing server or use a hosted gaming server. All the exisitng gaming servers do not support freelancer that I have found so far so I am wondering where or how other freelancer servers get their servers dedicated

We're looking for a new server host too and need it by the end of the month. 1&1 looks expensive. We have a P4 3.06 with 2GB of RAM, 100MB up/down, and a 120GB HDD. It's running Windows Server 2003 and we're paying about $130/month. Our contract for this server is up after a year and somehow I expected that the price for that setup would go down but it hasn't. We're trying to find something similar for no more than $100/month.

Any additional suggestions greatly appreciated. I'd run it out of my house but I've heard that a cable connection isn't stable enough and I'd have to purchase and operate a machine dedicated to the job.
