I've noticed if a new player joins and they haven't done a clean install and still have single player games active on their computer, then that players file has a higher chance of being corrupted during online play. I don't know why this happens, but if enough people play like this then it can lead to corrupting everyones player files. To fix this problem have everyone do a clean install following these guidlines: first deactivate any mods your using, second delete all your saved games, third delete the entire freelancer folder(warning do not uninstall it you'll lose your multiplayer account, just go to program manager and select the entire freelancer folder and delete it), fourth reinstall the game, third download and install sdk from this site, fifth activate your mods if you use them and you should be good to go. This is the only way that I know of to fix corrupted player files. Just have everyone on your server do this asap and let them know to do this anytime they play the single player game before logging back in online. Hope this helps you out.
