how do i make my own server?

I want to make a server of my own but I'm not sure how exactly.
I know I can go to the mod maneger and launch 1 but every1 starts with 990,000,000 creds is there a way to change stuff in the server?
Am I doing somthin wrong?

Try using this mod here and it's version 2 here, both made by the famous Chips.

These mods are aimed for servers only.
