Player lvl wont go above 38??

Im running my own server and the player lvl will not go above 38, no matter how much cash players have????

patch it to 1.1 that unlocks the lvls to a maximum of 89, but not all mods work or have been checked in 1.1 so make sure if you are using one.

lo again, i tried the 1.1 patch and still the player lvl will not go above lvl 38, im running a EVO 1.28 server with the latest version of 1.28.

It works for everyone else! Try reinstalling (on the machine running the server!). THen install the patch (on the machine running the server), and finally activate the mod (on the machine running the server). If you have a seperate client machine, you won't need the 1.1 patch - as those ranks are server side.
