New server coming up shortly, need some pointers =) (thnx)

Played around with hmm, Ioncross Server operator(mk3 or something) yesterday, and decided to launch a server.
Gonna run it on a clean win install from a 2400Mhz x 2 (Running dual processors)
with 2 Gig Ram.
Prob is Im running it on a 715 ADSL line, you think that would hold up? I cannot upgrade it yet, so I wonder if I shall leave till later or launch it now.
If you experts thinks its doable, what server side mods you reccomend?

Any mod out there that upgrades npc's a bit, and allows for nomad battleship convoys to spawn in unknown?

its the upload speed thats the limiter, on a 256k up / 768k down line you should manage 15-20 with no mods, less if using mods. But if 348 or 512k upload then that helps so between 20-30, again less if using mods.

One good thing you have dual cpu's so IFSO etc can happily run without eating up CPU resources so not affecting server load and lag.

Thanks, got 256 up though, and cpus ar amd.
Did a short search and found everything (almost) I needed already posted. Sorry for being lazy, I was just a bit excited to get started =)
cant wait till I get my 1MB sdsl line installed, and thinking to upgrade my comp to not run AMD, been drewling at the new 64bit chipset =)
