Need Help With my Server

I have a server and jsut wanted to know how to change start money.

When I enter it starts me off with $20k

Dont know why (maybe cause Im an admin?>?)

Secondly, How do I check player stats?

Eg., How much money players have etc.?

This is from Server console of course.
