No standard ships when loggin in my server

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

No standard ships when loggin in my server

I have a problem with setting up a server :

The people who login to my server don't see any police ships / transports etc etc. When you go on a mission, there is no problem and you see ships there.

If I run the server on another computer, everything works fine.

I tried :
- reinstall
- uninstall + accounts deleted etc etc.
- clearing the registry

Some more info about the "none working" computer :

PIV 1.4
368 MB RDRAM
GF2 GTS Asus

I tried : server files only and full install.
