Problem playing online

Thanks for all the replies so far by the way!

1) I don't have vista
2) my connection is stable, I can connect with wireless from my laptop, but not through a wire from my PC

3) I have tried to just turn off my zonealarm but that didn't work either

4) Other games work fine so I just think its a wrong setting somewhere that I can't find

I have this same issue.

I have tested it both at home (On a very solid Comcast connection) and here at school over the college network. As soon as I take off, I immediately go to red connection and am disconnected.

I am running Vista 64 bit, and am quite annoyed at my inability to play my favorite game online.
