BinI Format information? Lost link, can''t find post.

Does anyone have the URL for the original BinI program? I would like a copy of the file format information, but I can not find the site via searches, nor find the post.

Also, does anyone know what codebase (if any) these forums use? And how they are stored? A search function should be fairly easy to write...
