plz guys help me,i downloaded bini from the website and i dont know how to uncompress the ini files.

i copied bini.exe in the foulder i have my shiparch.ini and than i doubleclicked,but what do i have to write???the command?

i wrote shiparch.ini but nothing happened,the program just closed...

plz help
and sorry if its a newbie question
