As the title suggests, I'm asking do I need to recompress an ini file for it to work in the game? I changed the random missions to give me 10 times as much money, but when I go to the game, they don't have ANY job board missions for me. If I undo the changes and restore the original ini file, it's fine, but I don't get as much money. Do I have to recompress the changedfile? I drag it to he bini decompressor I got from this site and it pops up a text document. Do I have to compress that text document again and put in back into the folder in order for it to work? And if I do need to do that, how do I do that? Bini only decompresses.
