C++ is rather overkill for this. I wrote a program in Perl Click here to bulk convert the .INI files. You'd want the ids_resolver.perl file, Freelancer.pm, and ResTuner from www.restuner.com to export the DLLs to text. Eventually I want to do trade-lane names and distance between trade route targets to calculate profit per meter.
