Class 10 Weapons

I need to ask a question to the mod community. Flame me if this has already been posted, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I have made all weapons -- ammo -- sheilds -- thrusters available to buy at planet manhattan. The only problem is that it will not show any Class 10 weapons. It shows class 10 sheilds though?
Is there some other file I need to edit other than market_misc.ini to get the class 10 weapons?
