Bumping...

Even with the Mod Managers being worked on this is good info for mod makers that DON'T want to modify the original .ini files. This way, you can EASILY keep track of which files you've modified while you work on your mod.

Yep! Unfortunately, it also makes keeping track of changes inside each file harder
