B5 station mod

If you guys are going to need new station models, then I would suggest this one.

I'm suprised the Babylon 5 mod community hasn't jumped all over this game since they have a lot of ship models and music all ready to go. And this looks like an easy and cool game to mod them in. Maybe the only hard thing would be implementing the hyperspace effect during cruise mode.

I still remember the disappointment of Morrowind's gameplay that trashed a lot of modding ideas. But that's not the case here.

I bet the limits to the files will be figured out in a month the way you guys are working.

Oh, I didn't know Starlancer had a mod.
That's a nice place holder you've got there. How does the mesh look?

If you need some help with .ini modding or anything else besides model editing(no decent software), mail me. But it looks like there are other Freespace modders here to help out, and one already figured out how to make beam weapons look right. Hehe.

This is the first time I've thought about freelance mercenaries in the B5 universe and now I'm wondering why the never wrote in a few good ones.

YOu know, this lw model you posted, is incredible high details

it´s not like you realy every want to have this baby on your freelancer screen in a fight, cause it will kill your poor system *g* and most likly take several seconds PER FRAME. *g* ... no wonder should be over 100k polys with some textures that will alone use half of your texture memory

Apocalypse, if you're talking about the high poly version that you can get at the site following the link, you're right. but that's a highpoly version
if you're talking about my model, that's just 6000 Polys, and i had it in SL running without any problems
