Help with FreeLancer INI uncompressor

I know it is a stupid question for most of you, but I would realy apritate if someone would explane how to use FreeLancer INI uncompressor (command line) ???
I tried to install BiniQDU but there was some problems with my dll files, so I would like to try to change ini files with the INI uncompressor from the Editing Downloads section.

Thanx in advance and sorry for my english.

drag+drop the ini file onto the program

don't dubble click on bini.exe.. just drag the ini file over the icon
