Shields for Bases?

New to modding but i think its possible, anyone know how to mount a shield to a base. Pretty sure its in solar/Loadouts just dont what to mount it too.

there's a sheild on tegaki's arch, so look at it's files. i think it's in the station's loadout.

you just might have a problem if you can't get to the docking part of it and want to dock. but someone might be able to make it so that as they acknowlege you when docking, the sheild is taken down, then replaced when you dock.

i think thats the arch, but most bases dont have hp for shields or do they? Could i link it to some other point?

You would also have to change the sur file to add a shield bubble.
