Problem in 3d modeling

I Built a ship my firest ship!
i worked on it like 7 houres and when its time to export it from GMAX tool to
MilkShape 3D tool to FINALIZ the model put hardpoints it wont EXPORT from
gmax - to - MilkShape 3D i dont know what to do!
i flowed this guide:
Complete Freelancer Ship Editing & Creating Tutorial V1.4
that i found in this site step by step and i dont know why the MilkShape 3D tool wont exept my desighn.
Help me if you can please i worked a lot on this modal and its my firest one,
