blackholes

i thought that you could make a blackhole have gravity by attatching the force impulse (or something) off an explosion to invisible bouys that direct the force into the center of the blackhole (probably the hard bit) where there is the event hoizon where you die.
here's a pic.

hope someone can make sense of it.

You need to upload picture to a webserver for access to others.

Well from what I know the makers of the game never made gravity in the game. So you can't make a Blackhole that would suck you in, but you can make zones that do damage and more damage the close you got to it to make it seem like your slowly being torn apart.

You could also put a huge drag_modifier to make it seem like you can't move. (remembering that you need interference for the drag to take effect)

Huh, I've never heard of that, I'll have to fiddle with that. Sure I can see that has something that would be used, and you then can have the zones also do damage to make it seem like the Blackhole is tearing the ship apart. Seems like a plan.

about drag_modifier: I think it was Cold_Void who found this, and he also found cruise_drag, which is self-explanatory

i sw a post a while ago that said something about an impulse it's
here . he thought you could make it a negative number to pull you in but i thought to keep it a positive and make a lot of them in a circle, angling their force into the centre to push you into the centre, if you get what i mean.
