Targeting Reticle

I want to change the Targeting Reticle to a smaller size and change the color of it can I do that in the INI's?

If so what do I need to look for?

no you will need to change the image itself to do that

For the rest of us - Where is that Image? And is it an alpha-channel .TGA, or something?

Acctually i beileive that you can change the color and size, i know you can change the one that spins when you hold it over a ships lead. But mabye thats it, i'd be logical if you could do it in the same file. Oh well mabye i'm just babbling

If any one knows how to do this I would like a florescent orange Targeting Reticle and about 20% smaller then the original Targeting Reticle.
