okay i'll ask how about a new credits mod one to give somthing like 100 million credits in single player or unlimited charge for wepons or a full map even a gide on what each line dose in the files

Please try the downloads, there are mods that enable you to do this - namely Open SP variants by various people. You can choose money, ships, starting loc, faction allegiance and more.

3rdly, check around the forums - there is stacks of information with regards to modding and creating mods. Check the beginners forum - and here is a hint - READ THE STICKIES!
