Content.dll Crashes

Hi, i'm pretty new to modding but i have built a system from code so i kinda know what i'm doing. My squad and i are converting over from Mechwarrior 4 to Freelancer. We play alot of lan parties so, i wanted to make the NY system into a mini sandbox so we could run convoys and such w/o only running into people once an hour. I used the latest freelancer explorer to modify the NY system to remove all jumpgates/holes and wreckages. I also added ships to different planets/stations. They include: starflier,startracker, patriot, rhino, mule, clydesdale, cavalier, defender, dagger, piranha. I use the mod manager to fire up a dedicated server on the host computer, and join using the mod manager on mine, after 7-10 minutes the server just abruptly crashes. Ioncross control log gives me no errors and microsoft error reporting just says content.dll error. I've looked everywhere and can't find anything. Could someone please help!

Simple, you have no content.dll, its happened to me a gajillion times.

Thanks but the content.dll is on the server computer and on my computer. It only happens when i run my mod. When i run the Freeworlds 1.65 mod or TNG i don't get any errors, and my friend tried it on his computer and got the same error.

Go back to the freelancer folder and copy the file and insert it into your mod. A lot of mods have this file, though the size is about the same, 1,277kb It seems to only be in the Open SP mod and any who have it incorperated as well.

c:\program files\microsoft games\freelancer\DLLS\Bins

Tried that and i still get crashes. Any more suggestions? I really need to get this fixed.
