Extract all files form an UTF file?

Yeah, simple question: Is there a tool I can use to extract, say, all audio files from one of the UTF files, cuz extracting them all manually is really hard and long-winded work.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. I had heard of it, but forgot the name.
