different people

i was wondering if anyone has seen a tutorial on making new people as in, not the pre-made people but something completely different like a monster?

also, how do you change or make new movements for the people?

I don't believe that we CAN change movements. I believe that is ALE-related, and though we've made strides in breaking the ALE format, we haven't broken it. Sorry, just stick around and hang in there.

There wa a post a while back (sorry can't remember where, might be in tutorials) where someone was creating new heads. The idea was that you create new hats that are in the shape of heads and you mount them on to the figures. There were a couple of Star Wars figures done if i remember properly.
That green dancer chick from Return of the Jedi was one of them.

maybe, as long as you dont change any animations, a new model should do fine if you put it in the right spot. But existing animations wont work right, because the angles and positions are different.
