i don't have to worry. At least with my hotmail account. Any messages not in my address book get DELETED made registering hell... but now i have gmail

Those Email spys tend to go for the ones in your profiles rather than teh ones in the text area. Thats why some use [email protected] for them.

I don't really care about spams, I must say GMail has the best filter I saw in a while!
