Question about some mods.

Hey.

I am using a couple of mods for my SP game and I've come acorss on couple of problems...well one is an issue the other is more-less not that big of problem.

Anyway. I am currently using 'gibbons spinning planets mod' and I've come now into the New Tokyo system and came across at a gas giant Fuji who is spinning at an incredible speed....obviously a mistake....can this be fixed? The other spinning planets mod is also having the same problem as I checked it as well.

Also not connected to the mod I've noticed that the descrption is mentioning rings of the same planet but the planet has no rings....

The other things I wanted to ask is why is there no stars in Leeds system. I've noticed that you can't see any....the backround is just black. I am using the 'Real Space Lite 1.0' which has the new backrounds for systems so I guess it must be that. Is this intended?

Thanks again for transfering and also for deleting the identical thread.

Anyway, the questions are at hand....I've noticed from some other disucssion that Fuji planet problem immense speed spinning is common. So is there a way to stop it spinning while retaining the rest of the mod? Or even fixing this somehow...

Thanks, it's fixed now....finally...this was bugging me...a lot.

Btw. I've noticed that this line was also wrong -> 'pos = 56342, 5000, 42043'
Instead of '5000' it stood '0'. I was ready to write here that your fix doesn't work when I noticed this and fixed it...now it all works fine.

Thanks a bunch, again. Love the spinning planets mod. It really adds to the atmosphere.

The reference to the 5000 is simply a positional one. 5000 just means the planet is 5k up in space, 0 means on normal level and -5000 would mean 5k down. I moved some of the planets around for variety as i got bored with some of them all on the same level so not a bug
