weapon problem.

weapon problem.

I know I jsut asked a question yesterday and got that sorted out. But now after I made my weapon it shows up in FLE and everything but the game crashes at start up.
I reinstalled FL, installed the SDK to FL.
I looked at FL spit, but all I am getting is this.

......I think I've seen something about an error but can't find it.
But anyway I made a new effect for the gun...I've looked over it and nothing seems to be worng.
If you would like to see the beameffects I added and or weapon data I added I'll post it later, but this has got me stumped.
I do not know if it is with the dll and I hardly think it would.
This would be the thrid time I've re-made the weapon and had it crashed.

REally gots me. well if you know what's going on or got any tips post them, thanks.

First off... these indicate you're referring to envmapglass somewhere... which is not valid. MATs and TXMs are not the same...

WARNING: missing texture (envmapglass)

Secondly, you're getting an archdb error, which indicates that a name string is probably wrong- you're referring to a CMP that doesn't exist, or something...

Ok I've been working on the problem and I've have to sadly say it;s the Open SP lite that is crashing the game.
I found this out after I forgot to turn it on and I've was like "ALright it works now", but when I went into a new game it started the story and I was like "WTF?".
Anyway I turned on Open SP and it crashes.
I think OPen SP Over writes something in my mod and does that whole thing.
VVVVVVV This whole thing from FLspit doesn't show up after I didn't use Open sP.

I don't know if there is an older version of Open sp out there that will work and I'll find out after I post this, but if not then I'll jsut change the starting cash for people who play the mod, I am also hoping there is anpther mod that stops the story mod.
Anyway if any ideas or fixes to help post here. Thanks .
BTW the weapons work fine.

The only thing in Open SP lite that could be giving you problems is a corrupt content.dll , the m13.ini is the same as other OSP mods and the script just alters bits in the m13.ini.

I don't got those in my mod so now I don't really knwo whats going on. I'll re-DL openSP and try it and see if it was just a messed up file in the Open SP.

lol You people are going to hate me for wasting your time, I forgot about a "clean install" and remembered it and did it and now Open sp works.
Found out I was messing with the m13 in my mod to change your starting money in SP and my friend said he knew how to get the SP to stop so I was messing with it to get ready for him to tell me how and after it didn't work, I turned off the mod and took out 13. But I've heard that FLMM leaves a trail in the FL folder and the M13 folder became bad.

So it only took a nice clean install and it works like a new car.
