It would seem its be removed. If you have an e-mail to the creator, you might could try them.

I found version 1.3. Is this more up-to-date than 1.62? Also does his mod work with OpenSP?

Looking at the files inside the last version I have it appears to be v1.62
and Open Singleplayer is built into the MOD.
Apparently Keith never submitted this version to Lancers but it was running on the Bob way's server at one time.

So I uploaded it to the server so you can download it from here because there may be others that would like to check out this MOD. Victor aka Keith was one the best MOD makers out there so enjoy! click here to download Victors44.zip.flmod aka version 1.62

You should be able to start a new game and start out in Singleplayer after the stroyline. At least that's what I read in the readme file that's included with the MOD. I didn't try this so I cant tell you for sure.

@BP - That file is Victor's 4.4, a custom version only released for the Bobway server with permission from Victor. It is not version 1.62 and it is partially currupted by design.
