If it is on your own server, simply do a player wipe and make a mod where each entry in initialworld.ini that talks of jumpgates/holes is ";" commented.

If it is on someone else's server, I simply say that's cheating and is not possible anyway.

We call it the do-it-yourself mod.
You simply open data/initialworld.ini and comment each "locked_gate = " line.

It isn't that hard! You can type something in notepad? Yes? Then you can do this!

For simplicity just delete all the locked gate entries

When you actually figure this out you must do a player wipe or it will not work, if it's for MP that is.
