Got some questions
Something i've not been too sure about is wether the weapon mod only affects the the shield or if it gives a modifier to the shield and ship?
Also, is it possible to specify the amount of ammo that you can have for a specific weapon? So, missiles can have 50 limit, a solid slug weapon 250, torpedoes 20, that sort of thing.
I know there is the max ammo entry in constants for the limit of all ammo, but i'm not sure if there's anything more specific.
For the top one, i want to make weapons designed only to kill specific targets. It will be a tactical nuclear missile which is very powerful against only its target and completely ineffective against any others.
I'm planning to add a unique weapon mod entry for both the target and weapon. The prob being, if i have an outpost with a shield value of nothing will i get the modifier? I really ought to just test it..
